ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Clinical Neurosciences is part of the Brown University School of Medicine. The department merges the medical and surgical aspects of clinical neurology. Faculty participate in the clinical teaching of medical students. Full-time faculty devote a significant portion of their time to research in the clinical neurosciences and related subjects. The Department offers elective clerkships for medical students and residency programs in neurology and neurosurgery.
